The
52nd Grandfather Mountain Highland Games will
be held in
MacRae
Meadow during July 12 - 15, 2007, in Linville, North Carolina.As in the past, the Montreat Scottish Society had two tents (middle picture below) at the games for members to gather and socializing, as well as for interested persons to learn about the Montreat Scottish Society. It's a great opportunity to watch the athletic, dancing, fiddle and piping competitions. There are numerous vendor tents offering Scottish items (tartans, crests and crested items, music, food and much more!
